For the author, basketry is a symbol of wise use of natural resources. The concept of the basket for collecting leaves and flowers of herbs and fruits of the undergrowth appeared in Kashubia, where each piece of fertile land is respected. While harvesting it is good to have free hands and that is why the basket has a tape which allows it to be belted around the waist.
The glass bowl is intended to present the harvested fruits. It stems from the Kashubian tradition of making a wicker fascine on lake shores or to protect homes against water and moisture. Natural features of willow wigs were used to restrain the liquid glass and imprint it with the braided texture.
